⦁    The schedule of the tours must be strictly followed, as there is a daily limit of visitors on each tour and the visits are by appointment.
⦁    In case of delay you should be aware that you are subject to the loss of the tour without reimbursement;
⦁    Our opening hours in the Low Season are from 07:00 to 20:00 and in the High Season from 07:00 to 21:00. Outside these hours, you can call us 24h: (+55) 98469-1186 and (+55) 98469-1184
⦁    Cancellation of tours will only be accepted if they are interdicted.
⦁    We have underwater cameras for rental.
⦁    Mato Grosso do Sul is 1 hour behind Brasília time.
⦁    We advise you not to drink the tap water of Bonito, because it has a lot of limestone and magnesium and it can cause discomfort and gastrointestinal issues;
⦁    There are no ATMs in Bonito. We have branches of the following banks: Banco do Brasil, Bradesco, Sicredi e CEF.
⦁    In the event of a tour interdiction due to poor weather conditions, if the transport has been hired and has already performed the service, only the value of the tour will be reimbursed;
⦁    In the case of reimbursement (due to interdiction or cancellation), the administrative fee of the credit card will be deducted, if it was the chosen method of payment.
⦁    The itinerary, schedule and order of activities may be changed according to climatic and operational conditions without prior notice.
⦁    We are not responsible for forgotten belongings.
⦁    In case of heavy rains that may compromise the quality and safety of the tour, it may be canceled or interrupted.

Customers with their own car or transportation not hired with us:
⦁    If with his own transport, the client must be in the agency at the scheduled time, that is, at least 01 hour prior to the tour, to collect the voucher and arrive timely in the tour.
To guarantee the quality of our services, the delivery of the vouchers will be done individually and daily according to your schedule.
This way we intend to offer you a differentiated service, thus, by delivering each voucher before each tour, we:
⦁    Personalize our services, to look after your well being;
⦁    Check if you are properly dressed for the tour;
⦁    Make sure that you leave the city at the right time to avoid delays and missing the tour;
⦁    Let you know about any impediment to the tour (interdiction or cancellation);
⦁    Give you directions with landmarks and hand you a map;
⦁    We keep track of your schedule and of your level of satisfaction with our service, in order to improve it.

What to wear:

⦁    Wear comfortable and flexible clothes to the tours;
⦁    Bring cap, hat, slippers, repellent and sunscreen to the raft ride; Bring towels, bathing suit, repellent and sunscreen on all rides that allow it.
⦁    Wearing sunscreen, tanning lotion or repellent is prohibited on snorkeling tours; However you can wear them after the tour.
⦁    On snorkeling tours it is only possible to use underwater cameras;
⦁    According to the rules of the Fire Department and the SGS (safety management system) in the raft ride it is not permitted to carry any kind of equipment: cell phone, camera.
⦁    Nascente Azul, Aquário Natural, Raft ride, Rio Sucuri, Tubing, High Ropes course: they have an optional photo service that can be hired directly at the attraction.

Terms of regular transportation

By hiring a regular transfer service I agree to the following rules:
⦁    VEHICLES: CAR, DOBLO, VAN, Micro Bus or Bus with air conditioning (according to the number of people).
⦁    IN/OUT TRANSFER: daily rides
Campo Grande - Bonito: Departures at 09:30 / 14:30 / 18:20 / 23:30. I understand that I may wait 15 to 90 minutes before the vehicle leaves to its destination, as informed by the agency.
At the airport, I will respect the schedule, without interfering with or influencing the work of the driver, it is up to him (driver) to decide the moment of departure.
Bonito - Campo Grande: Departures at 05:00, 07:30 / 10:00 / 12:30 / 18:30. I understand that the departure occurs at a time compatible with my flight, and we can leave from 04 to 06 hours in advance of my check-in at the Campo Grande airport.
The Regular Transportation respects the previously informed schedule (except for rare exceptions on tolerable small flight delays), in case of delays of over 30min and/or cancellations of flights, the client will be accommodated in the next transfer with available seats, if none are available, he will be charged the difference for the PRIVATE SERVICE.

CHD policy for In/Out transfers
Children must use special seats and are paying passengers.
1) Children aged 0 to 4 should stay in their special car seat with the seat belt and in the back seat. 2) Children aged 4 to 7, an elevated back seat should be used. 3) Children aged 7 to 10 should use seat belts in the back seat.

3.TRANSPORTATION TO TOURS IN BONITO:
Regular itineraries are according to the daily schedules. The passenger must be at the reception 15 minutes before the informed departure time. Because it is a regular service, that is, the same transfer is shared by different passengers, the scheduled departure time must be considered an estimate, being the responsibility of the passenger to be at the reception at the scheduled time, and depending on the amount of passengers, hotels / inns and traffic flow, delays of up to 20 minutes may occur.

CHD POLICY IN THE HOTEL/TOUR TRANSFERS: Children aged 0 to 2 ride for free in their parent's lap. 03 years or older are paying passengers.

In case of tour interdiction due to bad weather conditions, the transport service is not tied to the tour, ie if the transport has traveled to the place, only the value of the tour will be refunded.

The company is not responsible for forgotten belongings in vehicles and/or tours.

4.HIGH SEASON, EVENTS, PROLONGED HOLIDAYS AND SPECIAL DATES: The timetable may change due to traffic conditions on those days and it must be respected.

CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS


CHANGES: Changes will be accepted only 72 hours in advance, noting that any changes requested by the customer will be subject to cancellation policies and availability.

EMBRATUR CANCELLATION RULES Regulatory Deliberation nº 161/95 Embratur

Cancellation means the cancellation of the trip and/or contracted services as well as changes of dates, expressed in writing, by letter, fax or e-mail.

The cancellation rules will be applied according to the following percentages on the total value of the package (consider business days)

30 days or more before the Check-in = 30%

29 to 21 days before Check-in = 60%

20 to 07 days before Check-in = 60%

06 days or less = 100% (Retention for administrative costs).

No-show: Non-attendance on the expected date of arrival without prior written communication will be considered a no-show. The vacancy will remain available and after this period the reservation will be canceled (with retention of 100% of the amount paid), making the vacancy available to another interested party. THERE WILL BE NO REIMBURSEMENT.

Withdrawal after the start of the tour: The withdrawal, as well as the early departure for any reason SHALL NOT GIVE RIGHT TO ANY TYPE OF REFUND, REIMBURSEMENT OR CREDIT ON ANOTHER TOUR, resulting in the total loss of the amount paid for the package or tour.

Rental of UNDERWATER CAMERA- The camera rental entitles you to 01 (one) day, it will be delivered on the day of the tour, and must be returned on the same day until 6:30pm, otherwise an extra fee will be charged.
The memory card should be collected here at the agency.
If you need it delivered to your hotel, a delivery fee will be charged.
When renting a camera, check the its operation and seal.
You are responsible for any damage caused to the equipment, such as: broken or tampered seals, opening of cover, theft or loss, breakage, infiltrations, which will involve the payment of R $ 1,500.00 (equipment value).
In case of non-operation of the equipment, only the value of the rental will be returned.
The non-use of the equipment do not exempt you from payment.

Car Rental - GENERAL CONDITIONS

 Brazilians:

1. Be at least 21 years of age;

2. Customers older than 19 years and under 21 years may rent a car by paying an additional fee called Youth Rental;

3. Present a valid, original and valid Driver's License (CNH) issued one year ago;

4. Submit a credit card, with a bank issuance and a limit available for pre-authorization, on behalf of the LESSEE or FINANCIAL RESPONSIBLE.

5. Present original CPF and RG, as Financial Responsible, and have no restrictions of any kind.

Foreigners:

1. Present original and valid Passport and Driver's License;

2. To present a valid Visa within the time allowed to stay in Brazil, except for LESSEEs coming from Mercosul;

The required amount of the pre-authorization will be blocked on the renter's credit card (not debited) and unlocked upon return of the vehicle. The deadline for releasing the limit depends on the bank issuing the credit card.

PAYMENT of the car rental: Cards Accepted: American Express, ELO, Dinners, Hipercard, MasterCard and Visa.

Important: Only cards issued by banking institutions will be accepted.

The non-use of the car does not exempt you from payment. The reservation is carried out according to the schedule informed, delays for withdrawal of the car for over 60 minutes may be considered a no show. Returns made outside of the pre-agreed schedule may result in extra charges from the car rental company.

Tours - To go on any tour is necessary to acquire the Digital Voucher, a kind of "passport" that is issued by the local tourist agencies. Only they have access to the system that organizes groups with limits of people at scheduled times.
